What I don’t like:  Fishermen who don’t respect nature or each other 

About me: I like all kind of fishing. Static carping, carping with a floater, zander and pike or on the river Ebro on big catfish. On the bank, in the boat and even with the bellyboat. When I fish unexpected things happen all the time and I write about these sometimes unfortunate happenings, under the name Ed-Ventures. I have fished on carp in Holland, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Poland and England. In Holland I mostly do short nights. When I am on the road as a wholesaler visiting tackleshops, I always try to end that day on the bank of a lake, river or canal. I do cast my rods or use my baitboat to get as quick as possible an idea of the bottom and depths. After that I make my choices for that night of fishing. In the morning I drive to a pertol station for a quick freshing up and drive back home visiting a few tackleshops on the way back.
